Xypex Products

The Xypex line of crystalline, concrete waterproofing products have been developed to meet the wide variety of application situations faced by industrial users. Xypex can be applied as an admix, as a slurry coat, or by the dry shake method.

Xylastic 100 AC

XYLASTIC 100 AC is a single component liquid applied based on newly developed Acrylic Polymers resin. Specially formulated as protective coating and waterproofing for exposed concrete roof.

XYLASTIC 100 AC is based on elastomeric Acrylic polymer resin which can bridge cracks up to 1mm wide and dramatically reduce solar heat absorption with Aesthetic finishes.

XYLASTIC 500

XYLASTIC 500 is single-component bitumen-modified, moisture curing polyurethane waterproofing membrane.

XYLASTIC 500 is highly elastic, seamless with excellent crack bridging properties.

Brushbond (M)

Acrylic polymer modified cementitous waterproofing coating for concrete and masonry surfaces.

Brushbond (M) is a flexible cementitous waterproofing system formulated to waterproof, fill and seals pores and voids of all masonry and concrete.

Nitoproof 10 & 30

Fosroc Nitoproof 10 & 30 are bitumen / rubber latex waterproofing and damproofing compounds designed for use as a damp proof membrane, vapour barrier, waterproofing and protective coating.

Nitoproof 10 is a brown/black liquid blend of selected bitumens emulsified with water to give an easily applied protective coating.

Nitoproof 30 is a rubber reinforced, bitumen emulsion. It is supplied as a single component liquid, dark brown in colour, which dried to form a black flexible coating.

Nitoproof 600

Nitoproof 600 is a single component pitch modified liquid polyurethane. It cures by reaction with atmospheric moisture to form a tough elastomeric waterproof membrane. Nitoproof 600 is designed for use on horizontal and vertical surfaces.

Where Nitoproof 600 is to be exposed to UV light, it should be overcoated with Nitoproof Reflectacoat, an oil based coating containing high-grade leafing aluminium which ensures maximum reflective properties.

Proofex SMI

Proofex SM is a spray applied, polymer based waterproofing membrane designed for a range of applications including basements, underground structures, roofing, tunnels, water tanks, pile tops, terraces, balconies and equipment foundations.

Proofex SM is a polymer based waterproofing membrane. The material is spray applied in conjunction with a water soluble catalyst through specifically designed spray equipment. It can be applied over a variety of surfaces

Proofex GPE

Proofex GPE is a cold applied, self adhesive sheet waterproofing membrane consisting of a polymer modified bituminous compound and a polyethylene surface film to assist in handling. The adhesive surface is protected by a release paper which is removed before application.

Nitoproof 1000

Nitoproof 1000 is a single component polyurethane modified bitumen. It cures by reaction with atmospheric moisture to form a tough elastomeric waterproof membrane. Nitoproof 1000 is designed for use on horizontal and vertical surfaces.

75v Carbofol

Carbofol® geomembranes are manufactured using high density polyethylene (HDPE). Carbofol® is produced in various thicknesses and with smooth or embossed structured surfaces.

Carbofol® geomembranes provide a complete seal against even the most toxic substances.

Carbofol® is typically used in sealing applications for landfill base seals as well as caps, in environmental sealing applications for the protection of groundwater from contamination and in water conveyance structures, canals or ponds.

Foamular - R

Foamular - Metric is a foam insulation extruded into boards. The cells have interconnecting walls on consistent thickness with no voids. This uniform structure gives Foamular -Metric high insulating values, superior moisture resistance and high compressive strength.

Fosroc Polyurea WPE

Fosroc Polyurea WPE is a spray-applied, 100% solids, flexible, two-component, rapid curing pure Polyurea system, designed as a waterproofing and protective coating. It combines the advantages of seamless coating with very long life cycles and high durability.

Waterproofing with Sika® -1

Sika ® -1 is a liquid waterproofing solution containing complex colloidal silicates and soluble hydrophobic fatty acid derivatives.

Sika ®-1 reacts with the calcium ions in the cement paste to produce a hydrophobic layer within the capillary pores. This then effectively block the capillaries and pores in the concrete.

Sika -1 is ready-to-use, chloride free, non-flammable, and non-toxic. The treated concrete remains breathable. The resistance to chloride penetration is improved, thus inhibiting corrosion of embedded steel.

SikaTop ® Seal-107

SikaTop ® Seal-107 is a two part polymer modified cementitious waterproof mortar slurry comprising of a liquid polymer and a cement based mix incorporating special admixtures. It is applied to concrete and mortar to prevent water infiltration.

SikaTop ® Seal-109 MY

SikaTop ® Seal-109 MY is a cementitious, two-part, polymer-modified flexible waterproofing coating. It is applied to concrete and mortar to prevent water infiltration.

Voltex DS

Voltex DS combines the proven waterproofing capabilities of a bentonite geotextile composite with a high-strength HDPE liner. The fibres of the non-woven fibres are bonded to the HDPE liner using a procedure that locks the composite together. Volted DS is designed for projects that require additional chemical resistance, extremely low water vapor and gas permeability.

Waterproof X®1 Injection Hose System

Waterproof X®1 is the brand name for a state of art, multi injectable injection hose system, use to seal joints in concrete against water egress. Waterproof X®1 injection hose is used to transport grouting materials and the disperse them into into the concrete joints via micro openings along the injection hose.

Waterproof X®1 injection hose is a highly effective, robust, fully tested, single channel injection hose system thatn is made of specially developed PVC materials. Its expert design and state of art technology is the reason for its high performance, unique processing ability and total functionality.

Waterproof X®1 has the ability for multi-injectable grouting processes depending upon the grouting material used. This ability allows the system to be re-injectable for the lifetime of the structure, giving total peace of mind and assurance that the structure can be totally sealed and resealed, if and when required. A great advantage if movement or shrinkage occurs between concrete joint faces of the structure.

Waterstop-RX

Waterstop-RX is an expanding strip waterstop designed to prevent water infiltration through cast-in-place concrete construction joints. It expands upon contact with water to form a positive seal against the concrete. The key to Waterstop-RX's effectiveness is high sodium bentonite content which provides superior expansion to seal and fill voids and cracks in the concrete.

Waterstop-RX is designed to replace passive PVC/Rubber dumbell waterstops, therebu eliminating the need for special pieces, split forming and seam welding.
